You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. kisy918's total liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
